Ann Bollone, B.A., M.B.A.
Ann Bollone, B.A., M.B.A, is vice president of Human Resources and Education. With nearly 30 years of human resources experience, Bollone brings a strong background in human resources, strategic planning and project management to NAH. Bollone is responsible for human resources; compensation and benefits; employee health; workers compensation; leadership development; education and training programs; and the Fit Kids of Arizona program.

Bollone comes to NAH from St. Louis, Mo., where she was the vice president of Human Resources at St. Anthony’s Medical Center, a not-for-profit 767-bed medical center with more than 4,300 employees and 1,000 physicians on its medical staff. She has a bachelor of art degree in psychology from Eastern Illinois University and a master of business administration from Southern Illinois University. She holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and as a Certified Compensation Professional.

As a strategic advisor to management teams, she has overseen every aspect of human resources and organizational development in large regional systems as well as community hospitals. She has extensive experience with integrating compensation and benefit plans, human resources policies, employee evaluation systems, as well as organizational and leadership development. Bollone is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen Association, Society of Human Resources Management and the American College of Healthcare Executives. She also serves on several community agency boards.
