Marilynn Black

Marilynn Black, vice president of systems integration, is responsible for Northern Arizona Healthcare’s information systems and technology. In this capacity, Marilynn oversees the NAH project management office, informatics, application teams,  web/interfaces, field services, service desk, service management, telecommunications and technology infrastructure teams.

Marilynn brings more than 25 years of healthcare IT executive leadership experience to NAH. Her background includes healthcare leadership over information systems (health plans, physician group practices and hospital services), revenue cycle management and health information management.

Prior to joining NAH, Marilynn served as the senior vice president/CIO of Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM, and in a similar role at Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY. She also worked as the director of IT for Children’s Hospital of Orange County and vice president of Software Development/Consulting Services for PDM (Productive Data Management).

Marilynn has been a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives since 1994, held presidential board of director positions at the Health Information Management Systems Society President for the Arizona Chapter and American Guild of Patient Accounting Managers, Southern California Chapter.
