Steve Peru, Secretary/Treasurer

Steve Peru has served on the FMC Board of Directors since 2002. Currently, he is the manager of Coconino County and has served on community boards including the Flagstaff Leadership Program, United Way of Northern Arizona, Goodwill Industries, Flagstaff Arts and Leadership Academy, Guardian Ambulance Advisory Committee and the Arizona City/County Management Association.

Steve was born in Morenci, Ariz., and came to Northern Arizona University in 1978 where he received a bachelor’s degree in applied sociology with an emphasis in social work. In 1990, Steve earned a master’s degree in public administration from NAU.
