For Physicians

Welcome to the Physician Relations/Recruitment section of Flagstaff Medical Center. Our staff works closely with the hospital's Chief Medical Officer and the Board of Directors to recruit and retain the very best physicians.

Our Physician Relations Coordinator is a liaison between the medical staff and the hospital. Our goal is to be an advocate for physicians when dealing with concerns or questions that may arise. We strive for quick resolution to issues, elevating concerns to Administration when necessary. The department provides oversight for the Physician Perception Survey conducted by Professional Research Consultants every other year.

Physician Relations works to ensure physicians are satisfied with the services and ease of use of the hospital to expand its referral base. We want physicians to entrust the care of their patients, friends and family members to FMC.

We will work together with our physicians to help us achieve our mission of improving the health of the people and communities we serve.
