For Physicians

Welcome to the Medical Affairs department of Flagstaff Medical Center. Our staff works closely with the hospital's Chief Medical Officer and the Board of Directors to recruit and retain the very best physicians.

Our Medical Affairs team acts as a liaison between the medical staff and the hospital. Our goal is to be an advocate for physicians when dealing with concerns or questions that may arise. We strive for quick resolution to issues, elevating concerns to Administration when necessary. The department provides oversight for the Physician Perception Survey conducted every other year.

Physician Recruitment works to ensure community need is met with quality physicians. We recruit physicians that will be employed by the hospital, and assist community based practices with theyir recruitment efforts.

We work together with our physicians to help us achieve our mission of improving the health of the people and communities we serve.
