Internal Funding Request Guidelines
These guidelines pertain to individuals who work for Flagstaff Medical Center who are requesting funding to support an initiative within their FMC department.
External Funding Request Guidelines
These guidelines pertain to community-based individuals or entities who are external to Flagstaff Medical Center who are requesting funding to support an initiative outside of the hospital system. An FMC employee requesting funds for a non-FMC program should follow the External Funding Request Guidelines.
