Internal Funding Request Guidelines
These guidelines pertain to individuals who work for Flagstaff Medical Center who are requesting funding to support an initiative within their FMC department. These internal requests are welcomed by the Foundation Committee and will be reviewed with the same consideration as requests that are received from entities external to the hospital in support of community-based initiatives.
External Funding Request Guidelines
These guidelines pertain to community-based individuals or entities who are external to Flagstaff Medical Center who are requesting funding to support an initiative outside of the hospital system. An FMC employee requesting funds for a non-FMC program should follow the External Funding Request Guidelines.
