Cancer Center and FMC receives $5,000 donation from Fry’s Food Stores to benefit cancer patients

Feb. 1, 2013

The Cancer Centers of Northern Arizona Healthcare and Flagstaff Medical Center recently received a generous donation from Fry’s Food Stores 2012 Giving Hope A Hand campaign. The $5,000 donation will provide assistance to patients who live in remote areas to help with gas and lodging so they can attend their treatment sessions. Additionally, the funds will be used to provide breast cancer patients with educational materials, wigs and hats, post-surgical undergarments and massages.

This is the second year Fry’s Food Stores Giving Hope A Hand campaign has generously donated funds to benefit cancer patients at the Cancer Centers of Northern Arizona Healthcare.
