Free lecture: Natural ways to lower your cholesterol – Feb. 28

In celebration of American Heart Month in February, Flagstaff Medical Center, the Heart & Vascular Center of Northern Arizona and New Frontiers Natural Marketplace are sponsoring “Natural Ways to Lower Your Cholesterol” with Cardiologist Kenneth Bescak. M.D. Dr. Bescak will discuss how eating the right foods can lower cholesterol, reducing the need for medication.

Dr. Bescak is a diagnostic cardiologist with the Heart & Vascular Center of Northern Arizona. He is an expert on how to treat and manage high cholesterol through proper nutrition.
