Grandparents Infant CPR and Safety Classes – April 30, Sept. 24
Flagstaff Medical Center’s Childbirth Education Department, in partnership with the Flagstaff Exchange Club, is offering an infant CPR and safety class directed toward expectant and new grandparents.
These classes are offered 6:30 – 9 p.m., Tuesday, April 30, and Tuesday, Sept. 24 at the Northern Arizona Healthcare Education Center, located in the Fort Valley Shopping Center, 1000 N. Humphreys St., Flagstaff.
The class is $25 for two grandparents and is designed for the most up-to-date information on safety and baby care. Topics include: car seat, home and crib safety; swaddling and use of infant slings; Back to Sleep; CPR and choking relief for infants; and tips on how to play a supportive role for your adult children as they move into parenthood.
