Cardiologists from the Heart & Vascular Center of Northern Arizona (HVCNA) are committed to improving the health and wellness of the communities they serve. As skilled physicians, they enjoy communicating and teaching the “big picture” of heart and vascular disease through the HVCNA Community Speaker’s Bureau.
Topics range from risk factors and symptoms of stroke and heart disease; to the advancements in diagnosis and treatment of heart conditions.
The Community Speakers Bureau offers physician speakers at no charge for meetings of the business community, educational associations, civic clubs and service organizations. These speaking engagements provide educational information about health and medicine to the general public. The average presentation is 20 to 45 minutes in length, with additional time allowed for questions, if needed.
If you are interested in setting up an HVCNA physician presentation in Flagstaff, please call Flagstaff Medical Center Public Relations at 928 773-2083. If your group meets in the Verde Valley, please call Verde Valley Medical Center Public Relations at 928 639-655. Physicians from other healthcare specialties also are available.
The Heart & Vascular Center of Northern Arizona is a partnership between Flagstaff Medical Center and Verde Valley Medical Center, with clinics in Flagstaff, Sedona, Cottonwood, Camp Verde and Winslow. HVCNA offers a comprehensive line of physician offices and hospital-based cardiology services.
