Prescott resident Jim Sanders is a commercial airline pilot. After years of dealing with back pain, he turned to the Spine and Joint Surgery Center at FMC and Flagstaff Orthopedic Surgeon Donald Hales where he underwent a fairly new procedure in the U.S. known as disc replacement surgery.
