Flagstaff Medical Center hosts Stroke Support Group May 15
Have you or a loved one suffered a stroke? Do you have questions or can you offer support to others? If so, then consider attending FMC’s Stroke Support Group, sponsored by Therapy Services. The monthly support group is open to stroke survivors, caregivers, friends and family members.
The Thursday, May 15, group will focus on identifying the interests and needs of members. The free meeting is from noon to 1 p.m. at the FMC Board Room, 1200 N. Beaver St. (West Campus, fourth floor). The group meets every third Thursday of the month in this location. No RSVP is required; light refreshments served.
The group is led by Jeanne Wiles, R.N., B.S.N., stroke coordinator; Kim Allen, M.S., C.C.C.-S.L.P., speech language pathologist. For more information, call 928-214-2783.
