Nutrition, Exercise and Psychological Counseling
We have built our program on a model of comprehensive care for the patient before surgery, while in the hospital and after surgery. All patients are required to have psychological testing and nutritional counseling prior to surgery. Prior to surgery, patients receive a comprehensive educational notebook and education from nursing, dietitians and an exercise professional. Follow-up appointments with the psychologist and dietitian are available as needed.

Pool Program
An exercise program in our warm-water therapy pool is available for a fee for patients both pre-op and post-op. Call Therapy Services at 928 773-2125 to set up an appointment.
