 The Children's Health Center (CHC) at Flagstaff Medical Center is dedicated to providing specialized and excellent pediatric services to promote health and wellness for the children of Northern Arizona.
Our goal is to offer confidential, family-centered care in a child-friendly environment. Individualized services may include evaluation, treatment, medical, rehabilitative and psycho-social intervention through a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
CHC's pediatric outpatient services include:
- Children's Rehabilitative Services
- Specialty medical consultation
- Audiology Services
- Safe Child Center
- Some services are available on an adult outpatient basis.
