Native American Cardiology
Among its services, FMC has a dedicated Native American Cardiology program. The Indian Health Service Native American Cardiology Program is a collaborative partner with the Heart and Vascular Center of Northern Arizona. Together they provide 24 hour physician emergency telephone consultations, inpatient care, dedicated inpatient discharge planning, translation services, outpatient evaluations, telemedicine, on site cardiology clinics and field echo interpretations. They serve 13 Indian Health Service clinics or tribal facilities in Northern Arizona.
