At the Sports Medicine Center of Northern Arizona, experts in several disciplines work together to provide the premier sports medicine services available to the athletes and coaches in Northern Arizona.

Tom DeMoulin, P.T., C.S.C.S. Tom attended New Mexico State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in 1980 and a master’s in biology in 1983. While an undergraduate, Tom competed on Division I varsity swimming and water polo teams. After swimming competitively, Tom switched to rock climbing and martial arts competitions. Tom graduated in 1995 from the Northern Arizona University physical therapy program. Since then, he mostly involves himself in outpatient orthopaedic physical therapy. Tom is a former member of the Peaks Weightlifting Club, a certified strength and conditioning specialist and a registered level-one club coach for the USA Weightlifting Federation. Tom’s current interests include rock climbing, road bike racing and the occasional triathlon. |

Belinda Donahoe, A.T.C. Belinda received her bachelor's degree in athletic training from Northern Arizona University in 2005. She has worked at the local high schools treating and rehabilitating injuries of student athletes. She enjoys participating in sports performance training with young athletes of varying sports. Belinda has been a resident of Flagstaff since 1995. She is an avid soccer player as a member of the Flagstaff Women’s Soccer Team, the Altitudes, and also has coached youth soccer through AYSO. |

Cathy Tomasi, R.D., C.D.E. Cathy is a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator, receiving her bachelor's in dietetics at Colorado State University in 1993. Cathy received a certificate in adult weight management from the American Dietetic Association in 2003. In the sports areas, Cathy has achieved becoming a Cat-3 bicycle racer, has qualified for the Boston Marathon and has placed in rock-climbing competitions. Cathy is a member of the American Dietetic Association; the Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition Practice Group (SCAN) of the ADA; and the American Diabetes Association. Cathy enjoys working with anyone who wants to make a lifestyle change and enhance their performance. |

Eric Pitcher, P.T., M.S., C.S.C.S. Eric received his bachelor’s in physical therapy in 1998 and his master’s in 1999 from Ithaca College in New York. He enjoyed a successful college basketball career before moving on to a professional career in orthopaedic physical therapy. Eric became a certified strength and conditioning specialist in 2002 as a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is an avid weightlifter and outdoor sports enthusiast. |
