Aquatic Pool Classes
Warm water classes open to anyone with arthritis or other health issues allowing exercise in the pool. Classes are taught by Arthritis Foundation certified aquatics instructors.
Class times:
- Mon/Wed/Fri Noon - 1 p.m.
$5 per class, $40 for ten classes. Call 928 773-2125 to schedule.
Jump in - the water is warm. These pool classes are fun and improve fitness for people with arthritis, or anyone else with any health condition who is able to exercise in the pool.
FMC has an above ground, warm water, shallow pool that is comfortable even for people who are afraid of water. Instructors are Arthritis Foundation Certified and pace the class to meet the students needs.
