Meet Our Massage Therapists

Denise Stanga, L.M.T., M.B.L.Ex.

Denise is a licensed massage therapist with more than 12 years of experience. She integrates peaceful healing of mind and body through massage therapy. Her approach uses integrative bodywork such as Swedish, myofascial release, connective tissue, comfort touch and polarity therapy. She believes that touch is vital to a person’s well-being and massage is a proven way to receive the benefits of touch. She is a preferred provider for the Society for Oncology Massage. Her experience working with people from all walks of life has taught her that in order live a peaceful, meaningful life of purpose, one must remember to be present in the moment. Denise connects with every client on a deep level that allows one to feel comfortable, calm and open to the healing benefits of massage therapy.


Barb White, M.S., L.M.T., N.C.T.M.B.


Barb White, M.S., L.M.T., has been a massage therapist since 2001; she joined FMC’s Massage Therapy program in April 2005. Barb uses a variety of techniques to elicit the body’s natural healing powers through deep relaxation. Barb specializes in using bodywork to help trauma survivors, drawing on her extensive background in violence prevention education. She has a strong background in teaching and serves on FMC’s Ethics Committee. Barb is deeply committed to bridging the gap between traditional and complementary integrative medicine. She is a peace activist who loves to spend time with dogs, horses and great friends.
