Fitness Pool Classes

Want to start your day right? Come to our fitness pool classes - just the right combination of instruction by an experienced teacher and time to work on your specific goals. Classes are geared toward the class participants. Come in - the water is always warm!

Class Times and Cost:

  • Mon/Wed/Fri  7 - 8 a.m. & noon - 1 p.m.
  • Mon & Wed 5-6 p.m. 
  • $5 per class or $40 for ten classes

Additional Information about Aquatic Exercise:

  • Water buoyancy helps to protect recuperating knees, ankles and hips.
  • Great for those struggling with weight issues. 
  • Aquatic excercise reduces pain and increases flexibility.
  • Water supports and massages the body as you excercise.
  • All of the benefits of land excercise - without the stress on your joints.
  • Reduced risk of injury.
  • Often recommended following surgery to reduce swelling.
  • Burn more calories during and after excercise.
