ATV Crashes in 2008 (From May 1st – July 14th):
- Number of Trauma Patients Seen = 36
- Number of Trauma Patients with Potentially Life Threatening Injuries = 13
- Number of Trauma Patients Requiring Surgery = 20
Recent ATV-Related Deaths
A preliminary review of news reports shows at least 32 deaths from June 25, 2008 to July 7, 2008. Of these, four were youths under the age of 16.
