Motorist Services
In all FMC lots, security officers will attempt to help motorists in need (based on availability) by providing the following services:
- Lock-out assistance for your vehicle*
- Vehicle jump starts
- Notification if you leave your lights on (via overhead paging system).
If we are unable to assist you, a security officer will remain with you and your vehicle until additional assistance arrives.
*Before we give these services, we require the motorist sign a release of liability waiver.
