On Sept. 9, 2003, a management agreement
between Northern Arizona Healthcare and Winslow Memorial Hospital was
signed. Winslow Memorial Hospital's President and CFO are both
employed by NAH, and will continue to operate the 25-bed critical access hospital. The WMH
Board of Directors retain ultimate responsibility for the operations and
activities of the hospital. NAH and WMH look forward to a long
relationship to enhance the Winslow hospital's service to the community.
