Patient satisfaction survey resultsIn order to continue to provide the excellent quality of care our communities have come to expect. Northern Arizona Healthcare contracts with Professional Research Consultants Inc. to conduct ongoing patient satisfaction surveys for FMC, VVMC and VVMC - Sedona Campus. The results of these surveys are compared to hospital patient satisfaction surveys across the country, providing us with a picture of how we're doing compared to other hospitals. The survey results and comparisons help us to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans to meet the needs and expectations of our patients. |
