Mom to Mom Support Group

With the arrival of a new baby comes new concerns, a need for information and added responsibility. All of these things can be stressful, creating a need for support. The Mom to Mom Support Group is one avenue to meet these needs. Bring your infant with you and get to know other moms by sharing in a topic-oriented group.

Discussion topics
Together we will discuss topics such as:
• Parenting styles
• Brain development
• Baby’s self-esteem
• Choosing child care
• Child safety
• Infant crying

What we believe
We believe:
• A strong parent-child relationship is important for the child’s development and success.
• Successful children make parents successful.
• Feeling successful is a great way to feel.

Group participation is:
• Voluntary
• Confidential
• Family centered
• Provided at no cost

Location: East Flagstaff Community Library at 3000 N. Fourth Street in Flagstaff. Please call before attending.

Time Infants: Tues., 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Time Toddlers: Tues., 3 p.m.
